The “Self” Talk covers increasing self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence, and it also covers how to overcome negative self-talk and self-sabotage.  All participants receive a Self-Sabotage Assessment and overview during the training.  This training can be as short as 45 minutes and as long as two hours.  The longer the time, the more interactive it is.
